Who you’re buying from
Online courses on this website, including Beginner to Black Belt, are sold by Everill’s Martial Arts & Fitness. You can contact us at elijah@everills-martial-arts-and-fitness.co.uk, by phone on 07864 679368, or by post at 2 Waterloo Street, Ironbridge, Telford, TF8 7AA.
What you get
- Access to every lesson in the course you bought, streamed online.
- Lifetime access: for as long as we offer the course online. If we ever stop, we will give you at least 3 months’ notice by email.
- We may update, re-film or add lessons over time. We won’t remove content in a way that makes the course substantially worse than what you paid for.
Price and payment
The price is shown on the course page and is a one-off payment. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see your card details. Stripe emails your receipt.
Your right to cancel
The law normally gives you 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. Before you pay, we ask you to agree that your access starts straight away and to acknowledge that you lose this right once it does. If you don’t agree, you can’t buy the course online, but you can contact us instead.
This doesn’t affect your other legal rights. If the course is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
Using the course
- The course is for your own personal use. Your account is just for you.
- Don’t share your login, or download, copy, record or republish the videos. If an account is shared, we may suspend it.
- For junior students, a parent or guardian buys the course, holds the account and supervises its use.
Training safely
The videos are a revision aid for students who train with us, not a substitute for supervised classes. Warm up, train within your ability and with enough space, and stop if anything hurts. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else the law doesn’t let us exclude.
Refunds
If something isn’t right, contact us. Any refund is made to the card you paid with, and a full refund ends your access to the course.
Your information
How we handle your details is set out in our privacy policy.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
